Welcome to your yoga journey.
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
— Yoga Sutra 1.3
Welcome! I’m Olivia, a dedicated yoga teacher and student. Yoga is my path of self-discovery — a journey of remembering the truth within. It’s a practice of stillness, surrender, and connection. Every moment offers an opportunity to return to ourselves, and I’m here to share this transformative journey with you.

Yoga is an ancient practice that goes beyond physical poses. It’s a way to connect your body, mind, and spirit. The practice is built on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, which guide us toward a balanced, peaceful life. These include:
Yamas – Ethical guidelines for how we treat others.
Niyamas – Personal practices for self-care and growth.
Asana – Physical postures that strengthen and stretch the body.
Pranayama – Breathing exercises to calm and energize.
Pratyahara – Turning inward and disconnecting from distractions.
Dharana – Focused concentration to clear the mind.
Dhyana – Meditation for deeper awareness and peace.
Samadhi – The state of inner peace and connection with everything.
While you may begin with the poses, yoga is ultimately a holistic practice that nurtures your whole being, bringing calm and clarity to your life.
